2.Orders and Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order through our website or social media channels, you agree to the following:

• Pre-orders are subject to availability at the time of your chosen pickup location and date
• All pre-orders must be collected at the specified time and location
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if circumstances change, including weather, event cancellations, or supply issues
• You will be notified as soon as possible if your order cannot be fulfilled

• Payment details and methods will be confirmed at the time of ordering
• Faez Kitchen does not store your payment information

• Catering bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Faez Kitchen
